Shrinkfast 998 Heat Gun Socket - Shrinkfast Part# 27

The Shrinkfast 998 Heat Gun Socket (Part# 27 on the diagram) rests inside the front end of the Body (part #10) with a pressured fit. The Socket is responsible for housing the connection between the Trigger/Igniter Assembly (part #17/18) and the Contact Screw (part #25) and the Contact Spring (part #26). It has a hole running through from one of its sides to the core ot the Socket. This hole is to allow the wire part of the Igniter to pass through it and must be oriented towards the right side of the Heat Gun.
